Acceptance and key definitions
By browsing, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, registering as a partner, or otherwise using Roamaza, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. “Traveller” or “Customer” means a person using the discovery or enquiry experience. “Partner” means an approved travel business that publishes a journey. “Package” means a journey or destination listing shown on the marketplace. “Enquiry” means a request for information or planning support, not a confirmed booking.
Roamaza’s role
Roamaza operates a shared marketplace where travellers can discover packages from approved travel partners, compare available information, and send enquiries. We help organise the first conversation; the relevant partner remains responsible for the travel service it offers.
What we do not provide
Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing, Roamaza does not currently accept bookings or payments, issue tickets, provide travel insurance, guarantee availability, fulfil an itinerary, process refunds, or act as the travel operator for a partner’s package.
Package information and partner responsibility
Partners create and maintain their own package information. Prices, dates, availability, accommodation, transport, inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, and cancellation terms may change. You should confirm the final details directly with the partner before making a travel decision.
Roamaza may review, feature, order, hide, or remove listings, but does not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your particular needs.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry shares the information you provide with the relevant partner so they can respond. An enquiry is not a booking, reservation, confirmation, payment, contract, or price lock. Any eventual travel agreement is between you and the partner, under the terms they provide.
Customer accounts
Keep account information accurate and keep one-time codes and access details private. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts for misuse, or use another person’s account without permission. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Partner obligations
Partners must:
- Provide accurate, lawful, current, and non-misleading business and package information.
- Hold the registrations, permissions, licences, insurance, and authority needed for the services they offer.
- Respond to enquiries professionally and honour the commitments made directly to travellers.
- Use traveller information lawfully, securely, and only for the relevant travel conversation.
- Respect intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws.
Prohibited use
You must not use Roamaza to:
- Submit fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, harmful, or impersonating information.
- Upload malware, scrape the marketplace, probe for unauthorised access, or interfere with platform operations.
- Infringe privacy, copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
- Harass, spam, manipulate, or misuse another traveller’s or partner’s information.
Content and intellectual property
Roamaza owns its software, design, brand, and platform content. Partners retain ownership of material they provide but give Roamaza permission to host, display, promote, moderate, and distribute it for marketplace operation. Any review, photo, or other user content you submit must be genuine, lawful, and respectful, and may be moderated or removed.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We work to keep Roamaza useful and available, but the platform may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We do not guarantee a partner’s performance, a package’s availability, or a particular travel outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Roamaza is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a partner’s services or a traveller’s decision. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or end access, remove content, or pause a partner listing where there is a breach, fraud or security risk, legal requirement, or threat to the marketplace. We may ask for information or take reasonable steps to protect users and preserve records.
Complaints and grievance handling
Contact us first for an issue with the platform, account, enquiry, or privacy handling. For the quality, delivery, cancellation, or refund terms of a travel service, contact the partner that offered it. We will provide a reasonable route for platform complaints and publish the relevant grievance contact details below.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the Roamaza operating entity. We may update these terms as the platform or law changes. The version published on this page will show the current effective date.
